TJ Ser 1 3.5l auto, no mods, 98000 km
7.1 l/100 km on 91 ULP (uncontaminated with ethanol) for Queanbeyan to snow (Bullocks Flat) return and Queanbeyan to Sydney. 49.4 litres for 693 km, filled and refilled to 1st click.
Normal highway speeds except for pre dawn run to snow, where I dropped to 80 or 90 when there were no cars behind me on account of the plague of roos. Also 80 for about 20km with M5 roadworks, and usual traffic hold up before M5 tunnel, but not too bad. Air con used for around 50 km. Moderate headwind Queanbeyan to snow, light winds rest of trip.
Trip computer showed average consumption of 6.1 l/100 km, though it was more accurate with the distance before empty, showing 970km (estimating consumption at 7.4l/100km on remaining fuel).
